FacturWeb generates a delivery address and a secret to copy into WooCommerce.

On every paid order

The customer is matched by email, or created if new.
The invoice is issued with the order's line items, tax and currency.
The payment is recorded, so the invoice never shows as unpaid.
A refund in the store can issue the matching credit note.
Emailing the invoice to the customer is an option, enabled per store.

Never a wrong invoice

FacturWeb recalculates the order total and compares it to the amount actually paid. If they differ — a rounding, a discount, an unexpected shipping fee — the invoice stays a draft flagged “to review”. Nothing is issued or sent before you have looked at it.

The same order cannot be invoiced twice, even if the store sends several notifications.

Do I need a card to get started?

Yes, from your account. An upgrade takes effect immediately; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Moving to a lower plan never deletes your data: if something exceeds the new plan's limits, we tell you and you decide.

Which currency am I billed in?

The currency shown for your billing country. Prices are rates decided per market, not conversions at today's exchange rate: the amount charged is exactly the one displayed, with no surprise foreign exchange fees.

Why do prices differ between countries?

Because a single price converted mechanically would make sense nowhere. Each market has its own grid, set to be reasonable there.

What happens if I run out of AI actions?

AI features pause until the following month, and you can move to a plan with a higher quota. The rest of the platform keeps working normally.

Frequently asked questions

Which countries can I use the platform in?

The platform works in every country offered in the selector, across Africa, Europe and North America. For some countries the tax rates and wording are already pre-filled; for the others you enter them once in your settings and they apply automatically from then on.

Is it compliant with my country's tax obligations?

We cannot claim that, and we will not. The platform is built to adapt to local rules: it helps you carry the right wording, continuous numbering and the rates you configure. Compliance depends on your situation and your country, so have your setup reviewed by a local accountant. Where rules are pre-filled, we state explicitly that they have not been audited.

Can I invoice in several currencies?

Yes. You set a reporting currency for your business and can issue a document in another currency. The exchange rate is locked on the document at the moment of issue, so the amount your client owes never changes. Your totals stay readable because they are also converted into your reporting currency.

How do I record the payments I receive?

You collect through your usual channels — bank transfer, cash or cheque — and record the payment in one click. The invoice turns to “paid”, reminders stop on their own, and your dashboard updates immediately.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. The interface is designed for mobile first, so you can create and send an invoice from a job site, a client's office, or between two appointments.

Is there a free plan, and what happens next?
