FacturWeb is an online service that lets tradespeople and small businesses create quotes and invoices, track payments and automatically chase unpaid invoices.

Using the service requires an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. Any action taken from your account is deemed to have been taken by you.

The service includes a free plan with no time limit and no payment card required. That plan is subject to monthly volume limits, stated on the Pricing page and shown again inside your account.

Paid subscriptions lift those limits and unlock additional features. Their price depends on the plan, the billing country and the billing period you choose; the exact amount is shown to you before any payment. No payment is ever taken without your explicit agreement.

Paid subscriptions have no minimum term. You may cancel at any time from your account, with no fee and no notice period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to the free plan and your documents remain readable.

You alone are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the content of the documents you issue. The service is not a substitute for accounting, tax or legal advice.

We take reasonable measures to keep the service available. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts of [city] have jurisdiction.
